Title: Quality Assurance Analyst - Sr. Location: Mason, OH *Duration:6 Months contract to hire - EAD, GC or USC * Key attributes of the ideal candidate worth highlighting include: · -*Automation Experience* · -Data driven, keyword, and hybrid framework development/design · -Highly modular/maintainable automation design · -*Selenium, Appium,* and other automation tool experience · -Web-based and Mobility a plus · -*Automation coding experience - perferrably Java Coding* (Necessary for automation framework development/maintenance) · -*Object Oriented Programming* · -*Java preferred* · -Leadership/Coordination · -Strong organizational skills · -Familiar with phases of project leadership from initiation through close-out · -Ability to leverage tools such as Gantt Charts and Work Breakdown Structures to organize and manage project tasks -Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation. May require an advanced degree and at least 6 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
