*This is a technical position whose purpose is to define, determine
suitability, and implement new network technology. Coordinate with the
vendors, business units, and information systems. The Sr. Network Analyst
will provide technical support from a hands-on position, on all
configuration, installation, problem isolation/resolution issues,
encompassing all LAN/WAN data, voice, and video network equipment.

*Job Functions and Responsibilities: *
*Responsible for system engineering including network assessment,
development, integration, test and implementation *
*Perform product evaluations and engineering trade studies, and make
recommendations to Customers *
*Provide technical consulting and leadership to all network service staff *
*Configure and manage WAN such as MPLS, broadband, Cisco routers and switch
products *
*Monitor and maintain network infrastructure equipment *
*Monitor and maintain network health and performance *
*Maintain network documentation *
*Utilize network management tools *
*Provide Level 2 technical support to Customer Support, Desktop Support
Group, and internal Network Services staff *
*Isolate and resolve complex network-related service calls and problems *
*Research new products and potential solutions *
*After-hours work including nights/weekends and travel is required *
*Interface with clients in a professional manner *

* Skills/Background Required: *
*Minimum 7-8 years of stable, progressive experience implementing,
troubleshooting, and engineering LAN/WAN infrastructure for large-scale
corporate networks *
*Experience with Cisco routers and layer 2 switching is required with
technical proficiency in MPLS, broadband, and T1/T *
*Understanding of Firewalls, Policy Based routing and the ability to
troubleshoot complex IP problems using diagnostic tools such as network
analyzers are desirable *
*Advanced troubleshooting and problem isolation skills *
*Strong written and oral communication skills *
*Familiarity with MS Office, MS Project, and Visio *
*Project management skills *
*CCNA or CCDA certified (preferred)*
