*Systems Analyst* * * *Job title: Systems Analyst* Seeking several candidates with vast, proven experience in EPC and Order Analysis The candidate should have -experience in *EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog) -Analyst background* -Experience with Telecom Ordering(OSS) -should have a very good end to end knowledge of the *Amdocs CES suite* -Expertise in enterprise product catalog implementations on large scale and complex integration with legacy systems; -Amdocs experience preferred -Solid understanding of product catalog definition use -Familiarity with the product data elements, their use in definition across systems and their relationships to one another, as well as product and data modeling -Experience in Systems Analysis of medium to large-scale projects with multiple functional components The candidate will need to – -Interact with Business requirement team and Work in EPC implementation team to provid fast and reliable solutions for mobile business needs. -Create Functional and Technical Requirements to implement several small to medium size product catalogues. -Identify, evaluate the impact of new PC requirements on the billing system. -implement the PC requirements (build product offers, discounts etc) -Validation of Price structure, Products, Offers, Discounts in Product Catalog and Validation of Charges in Invoicing. -*Troubleshoot handshaking issues in EPC and downstream OMS/billing applications -production support for EPC* -24*7 env (on call support) Madison, WI or Chicago, IL.
