• At least 3+ years of proven functional experience in at least one of the following *Kronos Modules* *(V6.0 to V6.3):* *Timekeeping, Attendance*, Activities, and Leave. • 3+ years of experience in development, testing and implementation of applications utilizing Kronos Modules: Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Activities, and Leave. • Experience with integrating external systems with Kronos WIM and Connect. • Configures Timekeeping Payrules, Genies, Accruals, and WIM Links. • Document systems architecture and completes detail designs. • Experience with developing, executing and managing testing strategies including creation of test conditions, scripts and test cases. • Strong understanding of SQL and SQL Databases. • Proactively work with business units to understand and document business requirements. • Translate functional business requirements into technical specifications focusing on integrated and reusable solutions. • Proven track record of completing project tasks to specifications while dealing with challenges such as cross-team dependencies, changing schedules, and constantly evolving requirements. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills often entailing diagnosing and resolving complex or unusual issues. • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) including strong presentation skills; prepares and presents effective and persuasive materials to medium and large diverse groups.
