*Experience performing Load and Stress Testing of enterprise class
applications.*
*Experience reviewing results and presenting performance findings.*
*Experience analyzing technical data to identify system and network
bottlenecks.*
*Experience writing clear and concise technical documents.*
*BS/MS Computer Science or equivalent work experience.*
*Skills:*
*Strong application development skills with solid experience in J2EE,
extensive experience with test methodologies, and a focus on Quality
Assurance.*
*Able to act as a Project Test Lead and collaborate with test leads and
developers to ensure technical system requirements are addressed in test
plans.*
*Experience with test automation in J2EE-based systems.*

*Lead Quality Assurance technical planning, development of test
methodologies and coordination of test execution.*
*Participates in selecting and implementing standard tools and processes for
testing and test analysis.*
*Provides leadership for all technical aspects of software testing, test
automation, and test processes.*
*Defines resources (hardware, software, hours, staff) required to execute
test plans.*
*Analyzes performance test results and system resource behavior and
coordinate resources to tune the software and hardware for optimal
performance.*
*Serves as primary liaison to software developers regarding QA practices.*
*Additional Responsibilities:*
*Demonstrates technical expertise in functional test automation, test data
management, security, and QA methodologies.*
*Collaborates with QA Architect on creation of Technical Architecture
Planning documents.Collaborates with Project Test Lead to create appropriate

*Works closely with the development team to ensure technical system
requirements are addressed in test plans.*
*Ensures that all technical testing activities are well planned and
successfully completed.*
*As SME, assists in project issue and bug resolution and becomes escalation

*Leads QA training efforts and delivers overviews in area of expertise*
