*Title : Project Manager (Business Side)Location: New York, NYDuration: 6-12 month contract* *Rate: $650/C2C* *CITIZEN OR GREENCARD* *Main Duties* Supporting a Senior Program Manager in driving the successful delivery of critical initiatives, as well as managing components of a program directly: Work with key senior stakeholders within to scope initiatives, establish governance, milestones, and define target solutions Support the development executive and board level presentations Lead analytical exercises (e.g. process mapping, activity based costing, scenario modelling) Draft executive quality communications Author working group materials (e.g. weekly working group packs) Manage program budget Ensure neutrality position is maintained to take independent view on status and risk/issue management to bring best solution for the firm Translates business strategy into executable program of delivery including creation & maintenance of detailed project plans covering all deliverables (process, people, IT, control) Interface with the Trading, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Trading, Sales, Finance, Risk, Tax and other functions to identify & track key activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies Status reporting, providing visibility on status against milestones, and transparency of risks and issues.
