*Need : Middleware Engineer/IBM and Siteminder (Bank-finance exp)Location: Washington, DCDuration :6+months* Position Role: To have a lead role in all aspects of maintaining all middleware applications used in the bank’s IT infrastructure environment which includes Web servers, Web application servers, Websphere Portal servers, Messaging system, Content server, LDAP servers, authentication and authorization tools (NetegritySiteminder). *The required skills include but not limited to the following: *Hands on strong experience in installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of IBM Web servers, IBM Web application servers, Websphere Portal servers, Websphere Content server, authentication and authorization tools (NetegritySiteminder). Strong Experience with Portal servers (specifically IBM WebSphere Portal) and IBM WCM (Websphere content manager) administration. Strong Experience with single-sign-on (authentication and authorization mechanisms), preferably using NetegritySiteminder in Production environment. Good experience with Business Continuity and Disaster recovery implementations in the Web/Middleware platform. Experience in working on UNIX and Windows platforms. Strong Experience in installation and administration of Web servers (e.g., Apache, Domino, IIS). Strong Experience with Java application servers (e.g., Tomcat and Jboss ) Good understanding of the Software development lifecycle. Must possess strong writing and interpersonal skills and must be able to work under tight schedule and deadlines. Ability to train and mentor junior staff *The required qualifications for this position are:* BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent and masters is a plus Minimum of 7 years of experience in Middleware related technologies and a minimum 7 years’ experience installing, configuring and supporting IBM Websphere Application Server (WAS), IBM Websphere Portal Server, IBM Web Content manager and developing WAS infrastructure solutions. *Desired:* Experience in installing, configuring and supporting IBM Web Content Manager (WCM) and developing WCM infrastructure solutions. Experience with Jive social collaboration tool.
