Previous experience developing requirements for a* CRM* or retention management related project or implementation. Previously responsible for point and click administration of a mission critical system (ex: *ERP, SIS, CRM, CMS, Dialer, Retention Management*, etc.). Previous higher education experience REQUIRED, specifically in the areas of student success, retention and enrollment management ( Starfish, ProRetention, GradesFirst ). Must have excellent problem solving, documentation and communication skills. Preferred Skills & Experience: Previous CRM administration ( *Salesforce / MS Dynamics* ); Previous experience working in a *SCRUM or agile*environment. *HEADLINE:* Sr. BA w/3+ yrs. of BA exp.; UAT & end user training; dev. reqs for a CRM or retention management related project or implementation; point & click administration of a mission critical system; MUST have higher education exp.
