*PeopleSoft HCM* This project is starting 9/19 need someone asap for 6 months. Location is Bethlehem PA (airport is Allentown PA) Rate + expenses Client is planning to truly focus on their Profile Management implementation; which is is setting up employee resumes (person profiles) and job descriptions (non-person profiles) in the system. This also very different than eProfile (an employees ability to change their personal data). eCompensation is a fairly small portion of what they plan to do. We need Profile Management, competency management, career planning, succession planning.
