JD: 10 years of information services experience including SQL Server database and security administration experience in a distributed environment. Prefer experience with Windows 2003 remediation – upgrades or migrations. Prefer Experience in SQL Server 2008 R2, Clustering, Scripting, SSIS, .NET. Prefer SQL Server Certification. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Communicates proactively in a project environment with colleagues and management on a wide variety of project issues. Key skills include issue identification and resolution, status updating, and analyzing and reporting on alternative design solutions. Communicates effectively on complex technical matters to non-technical audiences, including the FRS business community. Communications could include presentations, training, documentation, memos, etc. Demonstrated experience administering solutions in an enterprise environment. Demonstrated experience implementing software and architectural design patterns. Experience with enterprise management.
