Job Description -
Must have good proficiency in the following Hyperion products
. Hyperion HFM
. Hyperion Planning
. Hyperion Essbase
Good to have knowledge in below hyperion products
. Hyperion Upstream
. Hyperion Pillar
Candidate should have fairly good knowledge about Finance and Accounting
Candidate should have experience in interacting and addressing the queries
raised by users, BAs etc
Candidate should be able to come up with solution options for requirements
raised by users and should be able recommend the best solution
Candidate must have project management experience like task allocation,
scheduling, resource planning etc
Candidate should have worked in application support and maintenance projects
and will be required to provide on call support
Very strong knowledge of change management and service management processes
