*Overview:*
Consultant will be responsible for installation, upgrades, patches,
configuration, administration and support of all SharePoint
Services/SharePoint portal servers.
*Requirements:*
*1. **Must have 2 to 5+ years experience of installation, upgrades,
patches, configuration, administration and support of all WSS, SPS 2003,
SharePoint Services/SharePoint (MOSS) 2007 portal servers including:*
Ø *Stabilize & standardize the SharePoint environment*
Ø *Develop operations and procedures to support change management in
SharePoint *
Ø *Enhancing, maintaining, and migrating existing SPS 2003 and team sites
to SharePoint (MOSS) 2007*
Ø *Managing system security; system patching and upgrades; deploying custom
developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages*
Ø *Configure SharePoint services and settings; Apply patches, service
packs, and infrastructure updates*
Ø *Participate in the deployment of SharePoint related solutions *
*2. **Experience customizing SharePoint sites is a PLUS {* *Sites and
Site Collections}*
3. Strong organization, analytical, and problem solving skills
4. Strong documentation skills including experience writing proposals
and statements of work
5. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the
organization.
6. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and
effective communicator
7. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of
this project
