Can you provide me some options? We'd like to get some options from you as soon as possible. We plan to interview next week and have them start on Aug 9th. The following are my requirements: *Description:* · Responsible for the monitoring and troubleshooting of the Lotus Notes end user client machines as part of a Lotus Notes Upgrade and Migration project. Responsible for visiting the end users desktops during the migration process to monitor progress of the migration and identify, troubleshoot, resolve and communicate any issues that are occurring. Act as a liason between the end user community, the Help Desk, Desktop Support and Migration teams.
