The PeopleSoft development experience should include demonstrated hands-on project implementation experience within the PeopleSoft infrastructure environment, utilizing the following PeopleSoft products: PeopleTools (8.5 and above), PeopleCode, App Designer, Integration Broker, Application Engine and Component Interfaces. Strong understanding and demonstrated usage of SQL and PL/SQL is a plus.Candidate must possess 5-8 years of experience in an IT Applications environment, with assignments that included system support as well as new system implementations and significant system enhancements. Candidate must have demonstrated experience understanding and documenting current and proposed business processes, and interacting with users as IT translates business requirements into systems solutions. Candidate must have experience working on multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills to complement the above technical expertise, and have experience working on specific activities and tasks are mainly technical in nature, include:? Understand business requirements for customer service functions and convert into system level technical design with in-depth understanding of PeopleSoft CRM BORM (business object relationship model)? Develop solutions using PeopleSoft Application Designer and other PeopleSoft delivered tools like Application Engine, Application Package and Integration Broker? Create test plans and coordinate testing within the team and business group? Document ongoing system enhancements and any system issues, and coordinate with manager to fit these into future planned migration releases? Providing input and in some situations take lead on creating user manuals and/or user training material to medium size project teams (4-15 team members)DESIRED SKILLS: Expertise in any of the following technologies would be highly desirable: Windows O/S as well as Unix skills including scripting and CRON scheduling; Java / J2EE / JMS; XML; and proficiency with the Microsoft Office toolkit (especially Excel as it is integrated into business applications).
