The candidate will have to lead the BI teams and also should have good technical architecture skills. The resource should be able to - 1. Hands on experience with In-memory technologies like SAP HANA Enterprise, BW on HANA and HANA Live with an exposure to design novel models like hybrid scenarios. 2. Proficient in developing & Supporting high performance HANA models, created advanced Attributes View, Analytical Views, and unifying Calculation Views through SQL Script, graphical modeler and CE functions. 3. Experience on Working on mixed scenarios to leverage the full HANA platform capabilities and published HANA models in BW and combined it with BW objects through Composite / Virtual / Transient Providers. 1. Ability to Lead / Architect, deliver & Support multiple SAP BW/BO projects for CRM, FICO, SCM, SD, MM and HR and worked with Business Stake Holders, IT Infrastructure & project teams, following ASAP methodologies. 2. Extensive experience in Data Modeling, Extraction, Cleansing, Loading, Error Handling, Automated Scheduling of dependent events, Monitoring, Delta Management, Reporting, & Troubleshoot issues. 3. Experience on latest BI 7.4 version and Expert in designing/developing/configuring objects like Info Objects, Info & Data Sources, Open ODS Views, Adv. DSOs, Composite Providers, Transformations, DTP’s, Multi Providers, Data Marts, Info spokes/Open Hub, RDA, Process Chains and Activation, Enhancing the Business Content, ODP frame work and search analytics. 4. Experience on SAP BW data model top-down analysis, Report performance tuning. 5. Strong Experience in writing/ debugging ABAP. 6. Experience in SAP BPS Planning functions & Planning Lay out Configurations. 7. Experience in handling BO / Front End tools like WEBI, IDT, MS Analysis, Explorer, Lumira, Dash Boards, BEx analyzer, Query Designer, Web Application Designer (WAD). 8. Experience in BO explorer. 9. Support and handling user from multiple countries. 10. Ability to manage support & Communication in Spanish & Portuguese Languages. 11. Manage/Lead off-shore team. 12. Review/Audit the all upcoming projects to support. 13. Prepare weekly/Monthly issue status sheets and present to client.
