Exceptional C# and front end development skills (e.g. WinForms/WPF) with at-least 2 years of industry experience developing high-frequency client software in C# .NET 2.0 & 3.5. Demonstrated expertise developing complex thick-client GUIs starting from concept through the entire development lifecycle. Experience in TDD (Test Driven Development) / Unit Test. Passion for creating superb software architecture. Excellent grasp of software engineering principles including development and release lifecycle processes. Ability to learn a new industry and technology quickly. Able to work both independently and in teams on disparate tasks - highly motivated individual with excellent time management skills. Exceptional problem solving skills. A passion for learning new technologies and best practices in software development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The following skills are a plus: Experience in Agile Methodologies (e.g. SCRUM). Experience in developing high-frequency WPF application(s).
