Job Title : Oracle ADF Consultnat
Location : Houston, TX
Duration : 6 Months Contract
Job Description:
The Lead Systems Specialist will analyze requirements, design, develop and
work within an ADF development team to deliver custom applications.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Delivery of Oracle ADF custom applications using full lifecycle
methodologies.
2 + Years hands on experience developing WebCenter ADF TaskFlows.
Creation of ADF development best practices and coding standards.
Act as a subject matter expert with Oracle ADF and Fusion middleware.
Troubleshoot defects and perform system analysis to provide a means for
solving technical and business-related problems/challenges or implement
code-based performance improvements.
Collaborates with customers to ascertain system specifications and
business/technical requirements to create spec documents that meet their
needs.
Work directly with IT personnel to discuss changes and challenges with
integrations on internal applications.
Facilitate and coordinate end user acceptance testing, change management,
issue management, problem escalation and resolution.
Responsible for completion of all required Change Management tasks and
relevant SOX control requirements.
Must have good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is a plus, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS.
7 + years' experience in Information Technology, specific to application
development and support is required.
4+ year's development experience with Oracle ADF.
4+ years' experience with full development lifecycle.
3+ years' experience with Weblogic server.
Experience with the following:
HP-UX
Oracle RDBMS: 10g/11g
Toad, Sql*Plus, Web-ADI
Oracle database programming experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problems solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Ability to work in a multi-developer, team environment.
Acquire and utilizes business knowledge by taking advantage of available
resources (internet, books, periodicals, classes/workshops, conferences,
etc.) to develop and foster business expertise solutions.
Ability to travel up to 10%
