Title: Remedy ITSM Business Analyst posted on 2014-11-04 18:39:05 Job Description:Client is in need of a Business Analyst to come in help them to turn their current Remedy system into a “World Class” problem management tool. They are currently only using Incident Management but want to take advantage of the full suite of products (Asset Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management). The BA will be tasked with analyzing the current state and recommending the business processes needed to get them where they need to go.
