Title: Scrum Master Project Manager posted on 2014-11-06 15:58:39 Job Description:Good Morning Friends , Hope you are doing great *Title : Scrum Master PM* *Duration : 12 Months possibility for a very long term* *Location : Creve Coeur, MO (Locals Only)* *Interview : Telephone and In-Person Interview* *Responsibilities include:* - Ensuring teams are following the processes and principals of our product lifecycle framework and implementation of Scrum. - Ensure the teams are practicing core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility. - Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress. - Identify and manage dependencies with other internal and external teams and ensure cross-team coordination. - Perform the duties of Scrum Master including serving as the gatekeeper for the team, identify and remove impediments for the team and organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other scrum related meetings. - Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution. - Empower teams to self-organize - Assisting the Product Owner in backlog maintenance. - Partnering with other Scrum Masters and Application Development Managers to implement best practices through continual process improvement across the organization.
