*Job details- Oracle EBS manufacturing & Supply Chain lead* *Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ(local to NJ) * *Duration: 1 year contract * *Please send me only local candidates * *What You Bring to the Team* 12+ years of IT industry work experience including business systems analysis, solution design, application development and deployment of major ERP/Enterprise solutions. MUST have at least 8+ years of Oracle Application implementation / Support experience with Oracle Process Manufacturing and Supply chain modules. Hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Applications with MES and other Process Manufacturing areas is a must. Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Manufacturing & Supply Chain (OM, Inventory, PO, Mobile Supply Chain, Discrete & Process manufacturing, ASCP & Demantra Demand planning) Experience in Oracle e-Business suite best practices. Good working knowledge of Oracle e-Business architecture and administration and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve system problems. Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science or related technical field or equivalent experience. Communicates effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate technical solution alternatives. Ability to conduct workshops to core team, implementation teams, and end users Able and willing to informally mentor existing team members Strong project management skills Effective procedure and workflow documentation skills preferred Should have basic Oracle Application related technical skills; must have knowledge of Oracle Applications Architecture High degree of adaptability. Incumbent will be faced with a variety of issues on a day-to-day basis and will be expected to respond to these issues appropriately and in a timely manner. Ability to analyze and solve complex problems MUST have strong communication skills including presentation and facilitation skills with international users. Willing to travel internationally and domestically 5+ years experience in leading, managing and coaching teams. Experience in Pharma industry required Excellent communication and presentation skills required. Proven record of working with Senior Business Leaders in developing technology roadmaps and strategies.
