Description: Test Lead Role: Testing Lead No. of positions: 4 Client: Banking Location: Warren, NJ Joining Date: ASAP Duration: Long Term Rate: nego Will prefer EAD, GC, Citizens as on boarding time is less. Please submit the best possible candidates. In person interview will be needed. Common requirements for both the candidates: 1. 6+ Years of experience in testing 2. Atleast 2-3 years experience in Investment Banking/Capital Markets, preferably in risk management area. 3. Good knowledge of investment products including but not limited to equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income, money market funds, etc 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Previous experience in onshore-offshore engagement models 6. Exposure to Data Analytics and testing with large amount of data is a bonus 7. Proactive, experienced in managing stakeholder communications including but not limited to business users and development team 8. Hands-on experience with UNIX and complex SQL queries is a must. 9. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for maneuvering large quantity of data. Additional required skill for the first position: 10. Experience of testing with an ETL tool like Ab Initio is a must Additional required skill for the second position: 10. Experience of working with Cognos 8.4 and 10 is a must.
