*Title: SQL Developer* *Location: Houston, TX* *Duration:1 year Contract (Possible extension thereafter)* * * Must have near native communication skills. *Project/Role:* The first part of this role will involve gathering data from a predictive analysis software file drop (CY Corp). The SQL developer will format the data back to Shell’s database tables. The second part of this role involves working with the SSP development teams to build queries within a repository layer. This will require the developer to have a strong understanding of application development as well as strong database knowledge. · The SQL developer will use an ORM (Object Relational Mapping) tool called Entity Framework (Microsoft Application for ORM) to develop code in .Net and C# between the Application layer and the Database layer. · Development will involve working with an application with a complex object model mapping to a database with a complex data model. *Skills Required:* • Deep Experience working with SQL Server 2008, R2 • Strong experience in DML – Data Manipulation Language and DDL – Data Definition Language • 2 – 3 years’ Experience developing stored procedures and Functions • ORM (Object Relational Mapping) – using Entity Framework or NHibernate • Unit testing • .Net, C# development * Nice to have Skills:* • Experience using Modeling tools • DDD – Domain Driven Design experience • TDD – Test Driven Design experience • Microsoft TFS • Agile Methodology Best Regards * * *Venkat* Aclat Inc. 5 E.
