The person will need to have deep functional and technical knowledge of the FICO module and GL Connector. We're having a tough time with the GL experience specifically. JOB DESCRIPTION: The SAP Developer/Designer is a long term on-site contract opportunity responsible for designing, developing, testing and delivering data integration solutions that support business performance metrics, data quality, speed of service and operational effectiveness. This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to work in a team environment on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of critical business intelligence solutions. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: * Using ABAP and existing reports and/or BAPIs to extract trial balances, journal adjustments, and inter company eliminations out of SAP * Design and code the extraction out of SAP in a way that the various customizations created by customers are handled appropriately * Knowledge of SAP New and Classic GL Connector and various sub ledgers from a data extraction perspective *Integration experience with non SAP systems (i.e., exporting and mapping SAP with non-SAP) * ETL Design experience * EEC 6, SAP 4.7, SAP 4.6 * Ability to create and document test data for development (the data should mimic the real world) * Familiarity with BASIS * Understanding of underlying master data tables * Remote Procedure Calls * Experienced in calling external web services from SAP * Ability to create and document test data for development * Comfortable with feeds to other ERP or third party ERP type systems EDUCATION Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and/or 10 years of relevant experience **Must be local to the Philadelphia region and available to work onsite.
