*SAP QM Functional Consultant Position Houston, TX6-12 months contract* Requirements: *Minimum of 10+ years of experience* in IT business analysis or solutions consulting experience in an SAP environment is required, in the chemical business a definite plus. *Minimum of 3+ full SAP implementations required*. Must have implemented *SAP/StarLIMs interface* and be familiar with the technical options. Must have hands-on experience with ECC 6.0 Expert knowledge of QM Transactions and master data. Extensive hands-on configuration experience in the QM module: Process inspection, Inspection characteristics (MICs), Inspection planning, Inspection lot creation, result/ defect recording, quality Notifications, etc. Complete familiarity with the design and maintenance of COA (Certificates of Analysis). Experience in Batch Management & Batch Management Derivation. Experience authoring functional specifications for the development of ABAP, BI/BW functions and reports to meet customer business requirements.Ability to utilize personal business experience to guide the PP/QM business stakeholders in strategic planning of SAP improvements. Excellent analytical and computer skills. An energetic quick learner with the ability to maintain a positive attitude while adapting to new and changing environments. Highly responsive professional with the ability to build confidence and trust with colleagues and internal customers in a multi-cultural environment. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. LSMW skills beneficial.
