*Job Title: SAP project cost analysis and project management reportingLocation: BARTLESVILLE OK 74003, HOUSTON TX 77002Duration: 7 Months Contract* *Role Description:* Provide monthly support for the IT portfolio-level re-forecast process Recognize and evaluate actual or proposed changes to the overall IT portfolio any aspect of a project scope or schedule Ensure cost information from SAP is accurately reported at the overall portfolio level Provide portfolio level reporting for the full life cycle of the portfolio (FEL0 (opportunity phase), FEL1-3, Execution and Close-out) Be a deep knowledge expert in SAP cost analysis and reporting and share best practices with project managers and other project cost control analysts Be a deep knowledge expert in Excel with the ability to create and support complex analytical/reporting spreadsheets Maintain and upgrade procedures and reports pertaining to portfolio status and forecasts Provide daily/weekly updates on project costs and follow up with project managers to ensure costs clear as planned Perform financial research in SAP including purchase orders, vendor invoices and resource time tracking and reporting. Establish and maintain project-level Financial Planning templates for all projects to utilize Oversee management of scope changes, trends and change notices and review time and cost implications for review by the Portfolio Review Board For projects, develop and implement project cost and schedule baselines.
