Skills: Required: Excellent knowledge of Sybase Power Builder in versions 8.0 to 12.0/12.5 Excellent knowledge of Oracle database in versions 8.0 and higher Excellent SQL & PL SQL skills Good implementation knowledge of Upgrading the Power Builder from a lower version to the latest version.
