* JO TITLE: Tibco Developer * TERM: 6 months * LOCATION: Nashville, TN As the Tibco Developer, you will work in a team environment providing development, direct analysis, design and unit testing of complex software applications. You will be responsible for leading the resolution of defects. You will be developing in a Tibco environment. Required skills include: * Significant experience with JAVA on the TIBCO platform. * Significant expertise in leveraging TIBCO in terms of best practice implementations. * Proven track record of using design patterns and best practices * Proven track record of implementing high quality technology deliverables. * Demonstrable background in agile development, such as SCRUM. * Excellent English verbal, written and design communication skills. * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development using object oriented languages * 2+ years of experience in TIBCO technologies, including Business Works 5.7 or greater, EMS 6.x or greater, AMX Service Grid, AMX BPM 2.x or greater, Administrator, Hawk. * 3+ years of experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, HTTP, JMS, FTP, XSLT and SSL. * 3+ years of experience with a relational database * Java software design and development experience strongly preferred.
