*Need EAD, GC, TN or Citizen Only!!* *Top Skills * 1. Experience maintaining and configuring Kronos Timekeeper (in Kronos WFC, workforce central) optimizing pay rules and work rules, pay codes and attendance through requirements gathering and configuration of the tool 2. Experience maintaining servers within Kronos Workforce Integration Manager 3. Experience coordinating and planning testing (including UAT) Most of the configurations are embedded in the UI, so they aren't highly complex Experience utilizing Kronos modules Mobile, Activities and Timekeeper is nice to have, but not required. SQL experience is nice to have, but also not critical. *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Prior Kronos experience (3-5 years sound experience with Kronos) Experience maintaining and configuring Kronos Timekeeper and Activities Module including paycodes, work rules and labor levels Consultant experience in payroll or finance environment, strong client facing presentation skills Experience as a business analyst, consultant or practitioner in a relevant industry, or with software implementations Consultative and collaborative approach PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Work experience in database usage, SQL desired but not required Sound requirements gathering and analytical approach Proficient with understanding and applying technical elements Technical training or equivalent in related technologies and/or systems implementations Able to communicate technical concepts and issues to a non-technical audience Ability to self-manage to deadlines and commitments *Additional Information * Looking for someone to move to Minneapolis Likelihood to extend beyond 6 months They use version 8 but were recently on 6.2 of Kronos WFC.
