Requirement: Production Support and Build Engineer The person will be involved in taking source code from Source Control Repository and creating Builds using scripting like ANT, Shell etc. During the build process, build may throw some exception and errors that this person will investigate and troubleshoot. To investigate, person needs to have Java/J2EE development background. Once the build is created this person will deploy the build on multiple environment like SIT, performance, etc and will be involved in creating build for production for monthly/weekly release cycle. This person will be supporting the application running on WAS and MQ. In case of any production issue, he will interact with business to understand the problem and investigate the logs for problem determination and isolation.
