Need to identify contract to hire resources (he is under pressure to bring *permanency* to the team) that can come in and help with the *Hadoop* piece. He understands Hadoop is a tough skill set to find permanently so he is seeking people who have some familiarity or have done personal projects with Hadoop. They have identified common ingestion patterns and already built a framework that is written in shell script so they don’t need a Hadoop expert. They need someone who is familiar with Unix or Linux shell scripting and has done some data programming in the past.
