Job Description:
This is a role for L2 technical operations team which has to manage, support and Implementation of below technologies in large data centers Should have extensive knowledge on performing advance troubleshooting in a heterogeneous application environment
Exposure /Working knowledge in Project Services and meet the deliverable deadline . Adhere the SLA as committed to the Client.

Technical Responsibilities:
- Experience with protocols BGP, OSPF, MGCP, EIGRP, etc.
- Cisco Nexus 7K, 5K & 2K, 6500, 3750 Routers 7200, 3945, ASR Routers etc.
- Cisco Wireless, WLC5508, AP3500, AP3600 series.
- Juniper Firewall ( SRX Series).
- Checkpoint FW (NGX Series).
- RSA for dual factor authentication.
- NMS(Cisco ACS), NSM( Juniper).
- Riverbed Optimization.
- Remote Access VPN Technology (Juniper Pulse on MAG/IC/SA Devices).
- Strong knowledge on IPSEC, GRE, DMVPN, MPLS.
- Security: Source fire, M86.
- Voice: Basic knowledge on Call manager and voice gateway configuration.
- Capacity management & Performance tuning of security devices.
- Cisco ACE Load Balancer.
- Exposure to DNS - BIND, Steal Belted RADIUS.
- TACACS - ACS Implementation and Troubleshooting.
Relevant Years of Experience Required: 5+ Years day-to-day network technical support experience which includes working with customers, project managers and other departmental managers or tower leads
Must Have Technical Qualifications:
CCNP, Most Important Skills - Juniper Firewalls
Must Have Business Qualifications:
ITIL concepts
Good to Have Qualifications:
Monitoring tools for certification expiration.
Knowledge of different web & application servers.
Any recognized technical certification.
