*Job Details Below* Manage QA testing for multiple projects/products concurrently QA Team Management Manage multiple teams of Client Quality Assurance Professionals (includes consultants, onsite/offsite/offshore) Define goals for the team & conduct personal management of the team Recruit and develop qualified professionals Coordinate the allocation of QA resources across multiple projects Project Management Provide senior management with regular updates of testing status Work closely with Business QA resources and all other pertinent project team resources Consult with project team to define and implement quality goals Provide clear deliverables to ensure the execution of best practices within all projects Manage defect tracking process, defect reporting, and dissemination of QA information Understand the business impact (technical/non-technical) to member firms/end-users and ensure testing addresses those impacts Manage ongoing processes to achieve high quality products, including but not limited to the following: User acceptance testing Country testing Business testing Functional, installer, and regression testing Specify information required from users to determine application effectiveness Performance testing Defect reporting Thorough documentation (i.e. test scripts, test plans, test results) Manage testing tools used in the testing process Implement SAP testing methodology within KPMG leveraging testing best practices Design and implement the use of HP Quality Center in KPMG as the preferred testing tool for all projects not just SAP related projects Ensure all project team members (business analysts, developers and testers) understand the product and how to use it appropriately on the project *Preferred Experience* Ten or more years experience in IS/IT. Minimum two years experience in Project Management. Minimum two years experience in automated testing tools (e.g. QTP) Good understanding of a professional services organization Solid understanding of quality control best practices, automated testing software, and defect tracking software (i.e. HP Quality Center). Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
