*Rates: $45/hr* *Interview mode: Phone or Skype* *Job Description:-* *•Looking for skills of .net, C#, SSIS, TFS* *•MUST have experience with AGILE Methodology* *FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:* *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* (A function is essential if: it is required to be performed - removing the function would fundamentally alter the position; the duties are fundamental, not marginal.) 1.Acts under general supervision - using established automated software tools to add and correct functionality on moderately complex applications. 2.Evaluates proposed system changes on moderately complex applications to determine effort, impact, and time line within their area of responsibility 3.Considers computer equipment capacity, limitations, and operating time while completing assignments. 4.Interprets requirements (written or oral) into technical program specifications for projects within their area of responsibility. *5.Has thorough technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming, including but not limited to program design, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, installing, etc.* 6.Has quality assurance responsibilities[1] and after hours on call support. 7.Self-monitors assignments to report status to project teams and management. 8.Interacts and communicates effectively with all business contacts. 9.Responsible for assignment completion and user satisfaction on moderately complex assignments. *MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:* 1.Update the project management software weekly to reflect assigned task status and effort. 2.Update the problem management and tracking system to reflect problem status. 3.Update the Performance Objectives/Evaluation document. 4.Make suggestions and track internal and external EODB. *PLACEMENT CRITERIA:* *1.Associate’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent education and experience required.* *2.Ability to work under general supervision with some latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions. * 3.Must have thorough knowledge of at least one applications programming system and competent to work at a high technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities. 4.Must possess very good problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills, and the self-motivation to improve skills and abilities as generally acquired through one year of experience. 5.Should be willing to develop an understanding of the insurance business.
