Location : Arlington, VA Our Rate: Open * * *About this job* *System Admin with excellent knowledge of Microsoft IIS, F5 load balancing, System monitoring & alerting and support processes (incident management, problem management etc.).* *Role:* Maintain Websites hosted on IIS and Windows server. Maintain and Support various windows based environments and applications Maintain Load Balancer Incident Management -Logging tickets, Triaging tickets and identifying the issue. If it is a bug in the system then log a defect for development and if it is an issue with business process then call the business stakeholder and explain them the issue.
