If yes, please send your updated resume ASAP. *Sr. Rules Developer* *Contract position through 3/31/2010* *Atlanta, GA* *Only EAD’s ,GC’s and Citizens*** * * *Job Description:* The Senior Rules Developer is competent to work on complex projects and applies an in-depth knowledge of engineering/automation concepts, practices and procedures. The Rules Developer provides technical expertise in the design and development of the rules application components. This technical resource is responsible for the development of rules components of complex J2EE application for a large web application hosted on a UNIX platform. This position requires that the candidate must be able perform analysis and work interactively with customers. *REQUIRED:* (MINIMUM) · *Must have at least 5 years of I/T experience on a variety of platforms and technologies. * · *Must be a strong J2EE developer.* · *Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.* · *Must have prior hands-on experience implementing Java components and Web Services.* · *Must have prior hands-on XML experience.* · *Must have 2-3 years of prior hands-on experience developing rules components using a commercial rules engine (e.g. FairIsaac BlazeAdvisor, ILOG JRules)* · Must have prior hands-on experience using development tools (e.g. Rational, TogetherJ) · Must have strong object-oriented development skills. · Must have strong communication skills. · Must have a “can do” attitude. *PREFERRED:* · Ideal candidates will have prior health-care, insurance and/or Medicaid related experience · Prior product development experience. · Prior experience on IBM Web Sphere Suite of products – Process Server/Enterprise Service Bus and Application Server. · Prior experience using Rational Development tools. · Prior experience on FairIsaac BlazeAdvisor, but will consider ILog JRules experience as well. · Prior experience using an object oriented development methodology (e.g. RUP, Agile).
