Job Title : Oracle DBA Work Location : San Ramon, CA Duration : 12 Months Rate : 45$/Hr. Skills Required : 1. Oracle 11g - backup, recovery, RMAN set up, troubleshooting stored procedures, monitor and kill long running blocks, create and maintain DBMS jobs, deep knowledge of scheduler. 2. Monitoring and tuning experience - Advanced knowledge in OEM, SQL Profiling, Indexing, explain plans, AWR Reports. 3. Experience in J2EE environment - Understand the application and corelate SQL to JAVA objects. 4. Experience in implementing Golden Gate - set up, execution. 5. Experience in Oracle Data Guard. 6. Should work closely with Developers to execute DB scripts. 7. Extensive experience in Sun Solaris and Linux. 8. Should work closely with development and Test teams to execute maintenance tasks.
