The flash developer is also responsible for taking designs and implementing working applications. They should be familiar with both timeline and Actionscript based development and have experience in deciding when and how to use each. A working knowledge of Actionscript 3 and FLEX is required.. Familiarity with web technologies in general and its proper application is also a major factor in the decision making ability of the flash programmer. Furthermore, a Flash Developer must be able to fulfill the following roles: 1. Manage and communicate effectively with staff assigned to their project(s). 2. Ability to identify issues and propose alternative solutions. 3. Work with Art Directors to ensure that pixel-perfect execution of graphics is achieved. 4. Work with Development team to create flash solutions which will integrate with Microsoft.NET back-end programming 5. Familiarity with programming flash communications to webservices. 6. Experience with developing applications using Adobe Flex technology. 7.
