Job Description:- Work with UX team and their key constituents to identify top (hi and med priority) user scenarios with regard to a new team sharepoint site. Propose and vet site architecture in accordance with main interaction needs (based on the scenarios). Apply out of the box SP2010 capabilities. Inventory existing UX content and either migrate assets to the new site or incorporate links. Establish and document maintenance and update policies/procedures and work with ops to assure proper ongoing support (e.g. regular back-ups, SLA’s, etc). Support additional need for creating custom web parts using asp.net (estimated 25% of time) Implements database driven interactive content, customized information retrieval and client/server programmability, supports the team in utilizing current and emerging script technologies by working closely with production staff on a project basis. Also responsible for overall design, development and team coordination of high traffic websites under deadline pressure, communicating standards and defend technology and scoping decisions to information technology management and development teams. Generic:- 3 plus years of HTML, SQL, VB or C/C++ required. Knowledge of ASP required. Knowledge of Internet technologies including Windows NT, IIS is required. Knowledge of IPS, ISAPI may be required. Experience with security implementation may be required. Demonstrated experience developing web sites using the latest technology, for example, Dynamic HTML and JavaScript required. Experience in graphics, layout and design required. Strong communication skills along with ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment required. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work as a team player. Demonstrated experience with project planning and excellent project management skills required. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Site Server preferred.
