SAP Basis HANA Admin Work Location: Glendale, California Duration :12+ months Job Description: Individual has indepth knowledge in any one technological or industry practice area and overview of 2-3 other areas. Individual handles solution definition/fitment for a small sized project with a medium complexity. In case of domain consultant individual requires high level of Business Analysis skills and may have 7-8 BAs reporting into the individual. In case of Technical Consultant the individual is a subject matter expert and may work with Functional/Technical Leads and Architects to contribute in solution definition. Required Skill(s) Consulting (L2) , SAP BASIS (L2) , SAP Basis Authorization (L4) Essential Skill(s) SAP Basis HANA Admin (L1) , SAP HANA Platform (L1) Key skills required for the job are: SAP Basis HANA Admin(Mandatory) SAP HANA Platform(Mandatory) As a Consultant, you should have in-depth knowledge in any one technological or industry practice / functional area and overview of 2-3 other areas. You should handle solution definition/ fitment for a small sized project with a medium complexity. You should be able to build a custom Function Module with medium complexity program logic. Minimum work experience:8 - 10 Years Additional Skills: Must have good knowledge of SAP system landscape and the role played byvarious systems, clients and transport mechanism in the landscape. Ability toperform due diligence collecting the right set of information from customersand documenting it. Assist in creating solution proposals , rough effortestimates, assist in designing client, landscape strategy documents or decidingthe approach for support pack upgradation. Able to guide a team , Having theknowledge of the quality processes and also guide the team in using the variousquality tools. Able to track SLA compliance and follow escalation matrix insupport projects. Should have SAP experience in basis administration.Experience in database and OS administration would be added advantage. Localand remote client copy with relevant copy profile, configuring client role,STMS configuration including setting TMS domain, transport layers, transporttarget etc. database monitoring/administration including backup management,index creation, tablespace management. Troubleshooting including SAP systemstartup problems, work process issues, lock administration. Basic knowledge ofWAS architecture, Basic WAS JE administration including J2EE process overview,deploying files using SDM.
