Participate in proposal presentations, negotiation, solution/productevaluations excercises with multiple customers Skill2 - SAP BASIS (L3) Must have good understanding of the various implementation aspects involvedin SAP end to end implementation right from installation to operations. Abilityto independently design solutions for system operations. Create solutionproposals with effort estimation for a chosen project track. and create asolution road map addressing the current and the future needs of the systemlandscape. Good knowledge of niche SAP areas like NetWeaver Administration,Performance Tuning, APO Live Cycle management. Able to lead a team and trainthe team and possess sufficient knowledge of SAP Administration. Should be ableto guide the team on complex technical issues. Provide SME support to otherteams on request. Ability to hold discussions with customer presenting incidentreports and highlighting system health status. Knowledge of ASAP methodology inimplementations. Should have at least 4 -6 years of SAP experience in basisadministration with 1 end to end implementation project. SAP administrationcertification, SAP archiving project experience would be an added advantage.Designing client strategies, Homogenous and heterogeneous system copy,Configuring extended client transport, transport workflow. Databaseadministration using tableablespace reorganization, SAP system installation.Basic performance tuning including work process tuning, database indexanalysis. SMICM/SICF configuration, Troubleshooting J2EE patch relatedproblems, J2EE start/stop problem troubleshooting, J2EE memory management, SLDAdministration including defining technical /business system, creatingproducts/SWCV. Troubleshooting SDM problems, J2EE administration using VA andconfigtool. Basic understanding of XI and EP administration including applyingpatches, creating systems in EP system landscape, setting up single sign-on forEP, Integration Engine configuration, Connecting ABAP/J2EE systems to SLD,Troubleshooting SLD connection problems, UME configuration.
