*Relevant Experience * *(in Yrs)* 8-9 years *Technical/Functional Skills* o 8 years overall QA Test Automation experience o 4-6 years automation experience using Java/Selenium o QTP Automation experience is also desirable (at least 1-2 years) o Should be able to develop/enhance automation frameworks using Java/Selenium and familiar with different automation techniques. Understanding of Regression Suite and strategies it for Automation. o Experience in providing effort estimation o Expertise in querying DB tables, writing DB queries. o Experience in HP Quality Center for TC design, manual/automation execution and defect tracking. o Should be experienced in end to end testing activities, e.g. effort estimation, requirement gathering, test case design, defect logging/tracking. o Should be well versed with STLC / SDLC, testing methodologies / process. *Experience Required* Total QA experience 8-10 years, Test Automation Experience 7-8 Years with at least 6-7 years of experience in Selenium, QTP and Java *Roles & Responsibilities* Should be able to demonstrate the approach and Automation Strategy. Will be able to create Automation framework from scratch and build components based on the plan and estimate. Able to write the code in Java for custom components. Should be able to work in a multivendor environment and collaborate effectively. *Generic Managerial Skills* Excellent in communication – both in oral and written, able to drive and Lead project independently, managing customer expectations.
