Duration:- 6 Month ===================== *JOB DESCRIPTIONS:* *• Min 5-7 years of work experience.* *• Good communication skills , good analytical skills.* *Responsibilities* *• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.* *• Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access. * *• Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users. * *• Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.* *• Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents court business rules, functions and requirements.* *• Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.* *• Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.* *• Publishing progress reports; recommending actions.* *• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.* *====================================* *Job Position:- Business Analyst * Location:- Newark, NJ Duration:- 6 Month ===================== *Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills* BS or BA degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent. MBA a plus. · 3+ years overall business, project management and/or financial/statistical analysis experience, any vendor management experience is a plus. · Critical thinking and problem solving experience required · Excellent oral and written communications skills and presentation skills with a focus on informing and influencing and relationship building. · Excellent Excel skills, experience with data aggregation and analysis · Strong organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and manage multiple projects · Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, including interfacing with members of senior management. · Experience or knowledge of vendor management, risk management related disciplines is a plus. *Desirable Technical /Functional Skills:* "Responsible for developing business specifications (e.g., calculations, inputs, outputs) and creating/maintaining business requirement docs May need to capture interface and navigation screen design (web based applications) Understanding of Financial Service investment terminology and products Understanding of XML, SQL, Relation databases, Data Loads, Interacting with Business and Systems personnel to support the areas business needs Researching and responding to questions from key partners Researching product, calculation and rules issues that need to be supported in the system May be participating in the testing of various systems to ensure accuracy of data on reports (unit testing) Coordinating the appropriate review and approval of some specifications.
