*Interview mode: Phone than Skype.Job Description:*The candidate will be responsible for the technical success, implementation and integration of the customer’s SharePoint collaboration environment. *This position will function as the SharePoint team lead, and will guide our customer through one or more phases of the full SharePoint lifecycle – including strategic planning, requirements analysis, project/task estimation, technical design, specification, and architecture, implementation, training, deployment, and post-production application support.* The candidate must have strong troubleshooting skills, an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint environments, and expert experience with hands-on installation, configuration, architecture, and problem determination/resolution. This position requires excellent consulting and communications skills. *Key Responsibilities include:* - Deliver new and complex high quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements - Utilize in-depth knowledge of leading-edge products and technology in conjunction with industry and business skills to influence functional strategy - Advise and influence the customer, including executive management, on complex issues - Have considerable latitude and responsibility to define and select tools, processes, priorities and resources necessary to manage, analyze, design and implement general business unit requirements - Utilize high level analytical ability and creativity to analyze complex situations, anticipate potential problems and future trends, assess opportunities, impacts and risks while developing and implementing plans and solution deliverables to customer problems - Create technical specifications to include prototypes, proof of concepts, use cases, sequence diagrams, etc. - Finalize and document the SharePoint design basis by incorporating use cases and other information into the final written design requirements - Create SharePoint components including, but not limited to, configuring web parts, custom lists, web pages, workflow, InfoPath forms *Qualifications:TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:* Bachelor's degree in related technical discipline and 8+years’ experience. Advanced degree in related technical field desired. Experience in project management typically required. *Required Skills & Experience:* - Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree) *- Experience designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise solutions with Microsoft technologies and SharePoint 2007/2010/2013- Experience in designing SharePoint governance, information architecture, capacity planning, taxonomies and metadata schemas for classifying content*- Significant experience in the technical design and architecture of SharePoint sites, site templates and SharePoint custom solutions leveraging a wide range of SharePoint capabilities - Ability to lead projects, define requirements, mentor and direct technical staff, and oversee project schedule and scope - Must have excellent analytical, troubleshooting, presentation and communications skills (written and verbal), along with an ability to handle and prioritize many diverse tasks *Desired Skills & Experience:* - SharePoint related certifications a plus (MCITP: SharePoint Administrator 2010 or MCPD: SharePoint Developer 2010) - Organized, detail oriented, and energetic - Possess strong customer service skills and able to provide end-user support, training and education - SharePoint Online/Office 365 experience, CSS/HTML5 and web design - Experience with SharePoint-related third-party products such as Metalogix, Bamboo, or Nintex.
