*6+ month contract role * *10 Years Consultant* Summary & Qualifications: • IP packet analysis in a real-time production environment • Experience in advanced network troubleshooting in large-scale IP environments. • Experience in managing, monitoring and troubleshooting network and application performance problems. • Advanced knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies. • Bachelor's Degree or 8-10+ years of relevant work experience managing IP networks • Layer 2 switching (i.e., spanning tree) • Layer 3 and 4 TCP/IP, UDP/IP and ICMP concepts • Must have strong IP routing –BGP , OSPF , RIP, EIGRP, • Must have CCNP or higher ( CCIE a huge plus ) • Voice experience (preferably CCVP) – nice to have • SPAN, RSPAN, Netflow, NBAR a plus • Familiarity with basic concepts of HTTP, HTTPS, SSH • Familiarity with client-server architecture as used in application and database implementation. • Familiarity with Checkpoint firewalls, F5 load balancers , Bluecoat proxy, MS Lync, MS O365 a definite plus.
