Candidates should have experience with Java 5+, understand Spring and REST and/or SOAP based web services, have solid OOA/OOAP skills, “get” test-driven development and be familiar with developing and architecting applications used by millions of people. They should also be willing and able communicators who enjoy working with people, including Project Managers and Business Analysts, to reach defect resolution and design compromises.
