As a Netsuite Administrator, you will prioritize and organize incoming work requests, document business requirements, develop system specifications and make system design recommendations for our Netsuite and its related partner systems, and ETL tool. This position will report into the Chief Information Officer. *What you’ll be doing:* The Netsuite Administrator will help implement Netsuite ERP including modules such as Financials, Inventory, Contract Renewals, Demand Planning, Electronic Payments, Fixed Assets, and Revenue Recognition. When implementation is completed, the Administrator will transition into an ongoing support and enhancement role to advance the capabilities of Netsuite for our Finance and Accounting team. *As a Netsuite Administrator, you will:* · Assist the project team with implementation of Netsuite, · Implement 3rd party vendor products such as Avalara, Fastpath, Piracle, and other Netsuite partner systems to round out the Netsuite product · Help document process flows, use cases, test plans, and other business information to advance the project · Daily administration and support of Netsuite data and system configurations · Propose system design/enhancements based on customer problems and product requirements · Develop and create customized dashboards and reports · Manage the software testing process, which includes developing test plans, and working with users to execute on the test plans · Work with Finance and Accounting leads to document and obtain the proper Change Management approvals · Code custom functionality using Javascript (bonus, not a requirement) *What you need for this position:* · The ideal candidate will have experience with Netsuite implementation, and ongoing post implementation user support · Ability to use SQL tools to aid in analysis research, requirements mapping, and data validation · Strong analytical and problem solving skills · Process analysis and diagraming skills · Hands-on system configuration experience · Ability to influence an outcome · An instinctive drive and interest to solve problems through building long term solutions rather than saying no to requests · A team player · An Accounting or Finance background is a plus · Javascript and jQuery skills are also a plus .
