The BA is responsible for the following: 1. Work with the user community to identify requirements for the IHC CCAR project. This project is responsible for delivering the Basel 3 CCAR regulations mandated by the Federal Reserve 2. Required to analyze balance sheet/ledger data to create Jump off Points (JoP’s). the JoP’s will serve as inputs to the various CCAR projection models (income statement etc.). BA experience in supporting applications that perform balance sheet functions like trial balance creation, netting etc., preferred. 3. Participate in data analysis/sourcing to support various US regulatory submissions to the Federal Reserve such as *14A, FRY9-C, 14Q etc, its important to have experience with most of these* 4. Work with the BA lead to convert business requirements to functional specifications 5. Perform gap analysis, review functional requirement documents with Business, Dev and QA teams 6. Provide testing support during various test cycles UAT, UIT etc. 7. SQL knowledge to run queries against databases for balance sheet data analysis 8. Analyze and leverage the data to provide input for various Compliance and Regulatory systems. 9. Perform Impact analysis/Regression testing of the changes done in the existing system. 10. Work with offshore teams and co-ordinate development and testing. Experience and Skills Required: EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Essential Desirable Bachelor’s Degree WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND: Essential Regulatory Reporting Experience, Balance Sheet/General Ledger Reporting Financial Industry background PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES SERVICE Client Relationships Ability to develop relationships with internal clients to understand and address their needs.
