If Yes, kindly help me with updated resume & requested details. *Please share matching resume at: ma...@usgrpinc.com <ma...@usgrpinc.com> * *Position: **TIBCO Spotfire Consultant* *Location: Minneapolis, MN* *Duration: 6-9+ Months* *JOB DESCRIPTION:* =========================================== *A couple of points to add under key responsibilities:* · Strong ability to understand specifications, translate specifications into TIBCO Spotfire visualizations · Understanding of all Spotfire elements, from design, architecture, building, testing, and implementation *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Ability to apply user centered design methodology and user research techniques such as persona development, wireframing, storyboarding and user scenarios, heuristic evaluations, usability testing, and focus groups · Development of user interface / visual design and work closely with development teams to validate that the UI design is translated accurately; continue to negotiate on behalf of the user throughout the development cycle · Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and conduct and analyze stakeholder interviews · Develop and present creative design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders based on research and best practices · Develop information architecture (IA), navigation models, and primary and secondary navigation structures · Develop and refine low- to high-fidelity interface design concepts and/or interactive prototypes while considering the bounds of selected technologies · Create, organize, and produce complete user interface specifications with design details to be used as a blueprint for development *MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:* · Strong knowledge of and verifiable experience with TIBCO Spotfire – v.5.x or higher · Minimum of 5 years of experience of web design · Minimum of 5 years of experience of user experience or interaction design · Minimum of 5 years of experience of graphic or visual design with an available portfolio · Minimum of 3 years of experience of user research methodology and best practices and the ability to understand and translate user research findings into design solutions · Minimum of 3 years of experience with 1 or more of the following: Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, iRise, and MS Office · Bachelor's degree required *PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:* · Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of TIBCO Spotfire – v.6 experience having BW connectivity experience · Preferred degree in a design-related discipline: Information or Interface design; Human Factors: Human-Computer Interaction; Design Planning; Graphic Design; Communications · Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills with the ability to effectively defend ideas · Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously · Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams · Prior experience in a consulting firm or agency preferred · Prior experience in user interface (UI) design for mobile devices a plus *Understanding of Agile software development methodology a plus* ============================================ *Look forward to hear from you at the earliest….* Thanks and warm regards, *Manoj Kumar* United Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
