*Qualifications:*



 In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

   - Gather business requirements from the customer and to recommend a
   high-level solution.


   - Prepare Blue print documents on customer’s business processes


   -   Prepare      business requirement documents and functional
   specification documents


   - Involve      in Unit testing and integration testing of business
   scenarios by preparing      test scripts and test plans


   - Assign      work to offshore team members and monitor work assigned to
   them


   - Involve      in Data Migration, Cut over and Go Live activities in the
   project


   - Contribute      to the Project knowledge base by developing and
   enhancing department      standards and improvement initiatives.


*The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*


   - 8+ Years of Experience in SAP with at least 5 end to end
   Implementation projects as a SAP Service Management Consultant covering the
   different areas of SAP Service Management with one of the following:


   - Major consulting firm with an SAP platform focus


   - Fortune 1000 global company where you were responsible for project
   management.


   - Worked on Brazil Roll outs or implementations -  Good to have


   - Worked on Brazil localization for SAP –Good to have


   - SM Lead should have skills in the below areas of Service Management.


   - Expert in configuration on different Service Management Scenarios


   - Expert in iBase and Customer Service


   - Conversant with cross module integration. SD with MM, FI/CO and CS.
   Well versed in Designing and developing tests scripts for integration
   testing and User training.


   - Proven ability to work in both independent and team work environments
   and adoptable to work on onsite-offshore models and also mentoring a team
   for successful support projects.


   - Med device industry experience is a plus


   - To prepare status reports and provide updates to project managers
