*Role: SAP Integration Manager* *Locatoin : Oregon City, OR* *Duration : 1 year* *Prepare and maintain detailed project plan/schedules/tasks plans by teams for SAP implementations* *Manage teams across multiple geographies, timelines and cultures* *Must be willing to travel internationally* *Develops and maintains strong relationships at the executive level within the customer organization* *Preparation and execution of tasks as planned for Gate Checks and Quality checks of deliverables* *Executes and manages timely completion of tasks and deliverables, including budgetary goals* *Directs the efforts of others and provides oversight into all aspects of project delivery, both at the strategic and tactical levels.* *Apply project management skills to oversee and manage a medium to large sized team and medium to large sized portfolioThe ideal candidates for this position will have:* *The ideal candidates for this position will have:* *10 years of experience as SAP Project Manager and/or Integration Manager* *Expertise with desigining and delivering SAP solutions, and a good understanding of interdependencies of SAP functional areas* *Strong technical knowledge in SAP, ability to drive development, data preparation and system readiness in a project* *Experience in Global Rollouts leveraging Best Practices is a must* *Experience in preparing and maintaining detailed project plan/schedules/tasks plans by teams for SAP implementations* *Experience in team Management, project planning and relationship management* *Experience in managing teams across multiple geographies, timelines and cultures and must be willing to travel internationally* *Experience in planning and leveraging various tools/methodologies for critical phases such as Unit Testing, SIT’s, Data Conversions, Cutovers etc.* *Advanced people management skills including team building, conflict management and talent management.* *Demonstrates advanced ability to articulate the typical components of an effective project management information system: understands and has advanced proficiency in the specific tools that are available and required as part of the company’s project management information system* *Develops and maintains strong relationships at the executive level within the customer organization.* *Understands service offerings to aid in formulating and articulating the project methodology and deliverables* *Preparation and execution of tasks as planned for Gate Checks and Quality checks of deliverables* *Executes and manages timely completion of tasks and deliverables.* *Strong ability to apply project management skills to oversee and manage a medium to large sized team and medium to large sized portfolio* *Skills Strong familiarity with SAP functionality and a good understanding of interdependency of SAP functional areas* *Possesses and applies a strong understanding of SAP development, data principles and landscape design.* *Applies knowledge to analyze and develop solutions to highly complex problems. Demonstrated ability to lead projects or offer programming solutions at an advanced level.
